Christened 9th March 1853 St. John the Evangelist, Clifton, Bristol. Clifton College 1863-1868. Father died 23rd March 1873. Married 8th May 1882 Laura Elizabeth Harries in Bath. Surgeon. Lt.Col. After his fathers death his mother married Richard James Rose, Commercial Traveller, on 3rd October 1859 at St Paul’s, Portland Square, Bristol. His sister Lydia married Frederick Edward Rose, her step-fathers brother. They had 11 children. |
