Born 30th August 1888 India. Christened 29th October 1888 Ranikhet, Bengal, India. Son of Sir Herbert Maullaly and Mabel (nee ?). Army School, Stratford-on-avon. Stratford Town RFC. Coles. Captain 6th Gurka Rifles. Killed in action 21st April 1917. Commemorated on the Basra Memorial.
