2 brothers, Albert and George (who died within a week of each other), the sons of Albert Fry. Who owned the Bristol Wagon & Carriage Works Company Ltd and was part of the Quaker Chocolate Family. A cousin and a 2nd cousin.
Albert Magnus Fry
He was born on the 13th May 1857. He was educated at Clifton College from 1871 to 1874. He joined Clifton RFC in 1877-78. He also played for Gloucestershire. He was a Director of J.S.Fry and Sons. He died on the 20 th September 1938.
Francis Rhodalph Fry
He was born abt. 1862 in Clifton, Bristol. He joined Clifton RFC in 1883-84. The son of Francis James and Elizabeth Fry (nee Rake). A cousin of Albert and George.
George Falconer Fry
He was born on the 4th February 1863. He was the brother of Albert. He was educated at Clifton College from 1874 to 1876, Uppingham School and University College Bristol. He joined Clifton RFC in 1884-85. He was a Mechanical Engineer. He died on the 13th September 1938.
The son of Charles Alfred Harrington Fry and Kate Fry. He joined Clifton RFC in 1913-14. He was a 2nd cousin of Albert and George. He died in World War 1.
